Buttermilk Basics Quilt
Hello my quilt lovers, today we are going to talk about a super creative quilt, yes we brought a pattern for you, that you will love to make.Let’s see how beautiful it is : This beautiful quilt makes wonderful use of a fat quarter pack. The coordinated patterns work so well together and create a wonderfully inviting quilt. Select a fat quarter combination that you love for your own version.
Be sure to include both light prints for the background and more colorful prints for the blocks. A combination of colors, as in the example, makes a wonderful quilt. Or, a more well-coordinated color palette. It is a simple quilt to make. Furthermore, the size can be adjusted very easily by adding or deleting blocks. This wonderful project can be made in the comfort of your own home, where you will put your heart and soul into it.
Check out this little material list: For this quilt top, I used:
-1 fat quarter bundle of Buttermilk Basics by Stacy West (NOTE: I used every single inch of each of the cream prints so you may want to get a couple extra cream print fat quarters in case you don’t cut the same way I did or in case of cutting mistakes)
-5/8 yard cream print for the border (I used Buttermilk Basics C9180-NAVY)
-5/8 yard binding (I used Buttermilk Basics C9183-YELLOW)
When I saw this quilt my eyes sparkled, it is beautiful and so simple to make, I really bet it will make a lovely gift for someone you love. You can place this quilt in a room to make it stand out better. It will look beautiful. I hope you have enjoyed it.Let’s go!Here below is the link to the pattern, you’ll love it! Until next time!
